Insurance and Financial Policies:
You make an investment of both time and money in proceeding with
dental care. After your examination at Interlachen Dental Associates,
we will review and discuss your proposed treatment plan with you and
answer any questions, including financial considerations.
Insurance Information
- We are happy to process most insurance claims. Just bring in a
copy of your insurance card/information and we will process your
claim for you.
- We accept and are a provider for several insurance plans. Please
call our office, prior to your appointment, to verify if we are a
provider for your plan.
- We will estimate your insurance co-payment at the time of your
appointment and will require payment of that amount at the time services
are rendered.
- We will submit your insurance claim for you as a courtesy. However,
you will receive a monthly statement and will be required to make
payments on the remaining portion until your balance has been paid
in full. There will be a 1.50% monthly finance charge on all balances
over 60 days.
- We will work with you to help you maximize the benefits of your
dental insurance.
Financial/Payment Information
- We offer a 5% cash discount for payment made by cash or check in
full at the time of service.
- For patients who do not have dental insurance coverage, we expect
payment in full at the time services are rendered.
- For patients who have verified dental insurance coverage, we require
that you pay the minimum of your estimated co-payment at the time
services are rendered. We will submit your insurance claim for you
as a courtesy.
- For your convenience we accept the following credit cards: VISA,
MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
- There are times when procedures have to be performed unexpectedly,
and we understand that you may need to make other financial arrangements.
Please discuss your situation with our financial coordinator. There
will be a 1.50% monthly finance charge for all balances over 60 days.
We are sensitive to your financial needs and will work with you to
create payment plans when necessary.
